These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Auto Reception Desk, an AI receptionist platform operated by Yuwon Corp ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

To use our service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business.

Plans and Pricing

Free Trial

All plans include a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period, your selected plan will be billed monthly unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the beginning of each billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.

If your usage exceeds the included minutes in your plan, overage charges apply at the following rates:

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the period you have paid for.

4. Phone Numbers and Porting

Phone numbers purchased through our service are registered in your name through our telephony provider. Upon cancellation, you have 30 days to request number porting to another provider. We will assist with the porting process at no additional charge. After 30 days, the number may be released.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding the use of AI voice systems to interact with your customers. In many jurisdictions, you may be required to disclose that customers are speaking with an AI system. You agree to implement any required disclosures and to comply with all relevant regulations, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws.

7. SMS Messaging

By using our SMS reminder feature, you confirm that you have obtained proper consent from your customers to receive SMS messages from your business. You are responsible for maintaining records of customer consent and for honoring opt-out requests promptly. Standard message and data rates may apply to your customers.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for ensuring that your collection and use of customer data through our platform complies with applicable privacy laws.

9. Intellectual Property

Auto Reception Desk and all related technology, software, and content are owned by Yuwon Corp. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our service for your business purposes during your subscription period. You retain ownership of your business data.

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yuwon Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. The AI receptionist may occasionally make errors in understanding or responding to calls.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yuwon Corp, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or engage in any activity that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to our service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
